Ema goes above and beyond by utilizing time outside of work hours to follow up on medication needs to ensure our clients satisfaction and well-being. She is reliable, without the need for reminders or follow-up. She even includes those we serve in tasks at hand to help build and encourage independent living skills. Ema communicates well with managers and keeps everyone informed, always showing up when expected and needed. It’s a pleasure to have Ema on the NRS team. And how about that smile?!
