As DSP Week comes to a close, I want to personally thank each and every one of our Direct Support Professionals across NRS.
This week, I had the opportunity to get out to our programs, connect with many of you, and celebrate the incredible work you do every day. What stood out most to me is the dedication, compassion, and commitment you bring to the people we support.
Being a DSP is not always easy. It takes patience, flexibility, heart, and a genuine commitment to helping others live meaningful and fulfilling lives. The work you do matters, and the difference you make goes far beyond a single shift.
While DSP Week gives us an opportunity to recognize you, please know that your work is appreciated every week of the year.
Thank you for everything you do for the individuals we support, for your teams, and for NRS. I am proud to have you as part of our organization.
