This morning we’d like to recognize the RISING STAR AWARD, presented to Kenny Mugisha. Kenny is a wonderful addition to the NRS Team. He has worked in multiple programs in 2024, while building positive relationships with staff and clients. As a coach for the Special Olympics, he taught clients and staff how to improve resident lives and increase independent living skills… specifically focusing on how to provide those we serve with more opportunities for growth. Eager for new adventures and community outings, Kenny improves special situations by making them more fun and encouraging everyone to have a great time. Beyond that, he’s an excellent communicator with case managers and guardians. Kenny always shows respect and advocates for clients’ rights. We are so privileged to have him on the team and look forward to his continued success!
