Our priority as an agency is to offer the highest quality of care to those we serve, and the environment in which they reside is of the utmost importance to maintaining that quality of care.
Our mission is to provide those in our care with excellent support services and extracurricular opportunities, both inside and outside their place of residence. We assure this by providing our staff with in-house, up-to-date trainings, as well as dedicated vehicles, on-call maintenance and clinical/nursing coverage with the goal of establishing a positive work environment for our staff and ample support/opportunity for our clients.
We put candidate needs first and foremost in consideration of placement within our programs, and we may also pursue new homes acquisitions for prospective clients if/when appropriate.

- Provide comprehensive assessments for every individual
- Promote physical, mental and behavioral health for adults with long and short-term disabilities
- Provide a safe residential environment choice for adults with disabilities outside the hospital or psychiatric setting
- Work with DHHS, OADS and crisis services to ensure that individuals receive the residential services and help they need
- Collaborate with the individual, their guardian, correspondents, natural supports and service providers to create a care plan
